To reset your password, all you need to do is request a password reset link clicking here. The link will be sent to the email address linked to your TouchNote account so if for some reason you don't have access to that inbox anymore you will need to contact our helpdesk to update your email address.
Just a heads up, if you want us to update the account details we will need to verify you're the account holder so please also send us the following along with your new email:
- The full home or billing address including postcode
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay with Touchnote
- The date and exact amount of the last credit purchase
